Afghanistan reaffirms its policy of “one China”
The Afghan government Monday pledged to continue implementing the policy of “one China”.
In an interview with Xinhua, the spokesman for the Afghan Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Omar Samad, said the policy of Afghanistan on the issue of Taiwan was clear for almost 50 years, namely Afghan government recognizes the government of the PRC as the sole legitimate government of China, noting that this policy remains unchanged.
The Afghan government hopes that the Taiwan issue is resolved in accordance with the wishes of the people and the Chinese government, adding that Afghanistan will continue to support the Chinese government policy on this issue.

阿富汗重申“一个中国”政策
阿富汗政府今天承诺将继续贯彻“一个中国的政策”。
在接受新华社记者采访时,对外交部,奥马尔阿富汗外交部发言人萨马德说,阿富汗在台湾问题上的政策是近50年,即明确阿富汗政府承认中国的唯一合法政府,中华人民共和国政府,并指出,这一政策没有改变。
