The Chinese and Philippine police have dismantled last February 12 in a cooperative network of drug traffickers, arresting 5 perpetrators and seizing 296 pounds of methyl amphetamine valued at 12 million U.S. dollars, said Luo Feng, Vice-Minister Chinese Public Security at a press conference held on 1 March in Beijing.
