Group Lonovo giant Chinese personal computers, has spent $ 1.25 billion for the purchase of operating rights for the U.S. PC IBM, following an agreement signed Wednesday in Beijing between the two parties.
Under the agreement, Lenovo will have access to the PC business from IBM research and development and production.
