This is the first coal-fired generating units in Henan Province limestone wet flue gas desulfurization environmental protection projects. The project to install two sets of FGD equipment, using domestic widely used limestone - gypsum wet desulphurization processes, systems desulfurization rate is higher than 95% of the thermal power industry in Henan Province is also the first one FGD environmental protection installations.

在6时00分8月31日下午，平顶山平东热电有限公司2 × 210 MW机组6号烟气脱硫项目已完成满负荷试验168小时连续运行，正式投入生产运营。

这是第一个燃煤河南省机组石灰石湿法烟气脱硫环保工程。该项目的两个安装烟气脱硫成套设备，采用国内广泛使用的石灰石-石膏湿法脱硫工艺，系统脱硫率高于95％，火电行业在河南省也是第一个脱硫环保装置。

投产的项目，标志着环保河南省火力发电厂建设迈上了一个新的水平。06.9.4
