Six-Party Talks on DPRK Nuclear: Ministers AEsud Korean and Russian exchange views

The foreign ministers of South Korea and Russia exchanged views Tuesday on the next session of talks on the nuclear issue on the Korean Peninsula, agreeing to make substantial progress in the negotiations, said the South Korean Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
