食品出口是“持有”非法的企业进入“黑名单”
国家食品药品监督管理局新闻发言人颜江瑛近日表示，中国的食品出口的标签或标记，为了追溯或产品回收问题，在食品安全涉及的违法经营将在“黑名单”，禁止其出口包括。
颜江瑛说，中国十分重视对出口食品的安全管理问题，食品出口经过五个步骤：首先，对粮食种植的原材料出口，养殖基地实施备案管理。只有记录养殖基地的原料厂，可以在加工食品的出口生产。其次，对食品生产企业实行出口卫生注册制度，只有获得注册的企业才可以出口粮食生产。第三，在生产过程中，出入境检验检疫机构对出口食品生产过程，监督整个进程的执行。第四，出口食品还要根据需要添加，以满足标签或标识的追溯或召回问题产品的要求。第五，在出口前，中国还要分批进行测试，合格的才可以出口。如果国有企业进口需求，而且还发出了正式的证书的食品。
她说，无论在生产，流通，进口和各个领域，还是在立法，执法，监督，管理和其他方面的出口，中方采取了非常负责任的态度，建立从产品的整个进度出口管理制度。
