食品出口是“持有”非法的企业进入“黑名单”
国家食品药品监督管理局新闻发言人颜江瑛近日表示,中国的食品出口的标签或标记,为了追溯或产品回收问题,在食品安全涉及的违法经营将在“黑名单”,禁止其出口包括。
颜江瑛说,中国十分重视对出口食品的安全管理问题,食品出口经过五个步骤:首先,对粮食种植的原材料出口,养殖基地实施备案管理。只有记录养殖基地的原料厂,可以在加工食品的出口生产。其次,对食品生产企业实行出口卫生注册制度,只有获得注册的企业才可以出口粮食生产。第三,在生产过程中,出入境检验检疫机构对出口食品生产过程,监督整个进程的执行。第四,出口食品还要根据需要添加,以满足标签或标识的追溯或召回问题产品的要求。第五,在出口前,中国还要分批进行测试,合格的才可以出口。如果国有企业进口需求,而且还发出了正式的证书的食品。
她说,无论在生产,流通,进口和各个领域,还是在立法,执法,监督,管理和其他方面的出口,中方采取了非常负责任的态度,建立从产品的整个进度出口管理制度。
