National Cleaner Production Audit Workshop key enterprises require excellent organizational system to improve audit quality
Pollution prevention and control by the Environmental Protection Department chaired by the Secretary, the National Cleaner Production Center hosted the national key enterprises in cleaner production auditing seminar recently held in Beijing. Provincial Environmental Protection Bureau (department) management, cleaner production centers, and corporate advisory services on behalf of nearly 200 people attended the seminar.
The purpose of this meeting is to learn, research issued by the Ministry of Environmental Protection’s “focus on further strengthening the work of cleaner production audit notice” (UNCED 〔2008〕 60 text); explore the establishment of key state enterprises, Cleaner Production Audit Management System the importance and necessity as well as the construction of the framework of three-tier system; summarize and exchange the key enterprises in various provinces and cities to carry out clean production auditing experience.

through two days of seminars, exchanges, participants agreed that the enterprise through the implementation of cleaner production audits of environmental and economic benefits of access to effective, cleaner production is the reduction task to solve an important means of deep-seated contradictions. Only by establishing a sound organizational system and strengthen supervision and enhance service capabilities, focusing on cleaner production audits in order to continuously create new possibilities.
